WCF is an organization that is dedicated to working with local communities to promote social and economic growth. We support 5 areas of development.

Our primary objective is to develop the local capacity for leadership and ongoing development that will stabilize and sustain a developing community and allow the community to address internal issues and implement solutions that combat both economic and spiritual poverty. We partner with individuals, institutions, and organizations and pool our resources, assets, and expertise to create self-sustaining communities that can continue to develop organically.

 

For example, we help communities to provide scholarships for intelligent but disadvantaged youths in areas where education is valued but financially out of reach. We then  offer mentoring to program graduates that help them enter vocational and skill-based programs. As a result, these young people are prepared for gainful employment.
